1. Activation has been successfully completed (including porting in) and line not cancelled.
or
2. Radio of the device (with the activated SIM card in it) needs to periodically exchange signals with provider's tower whether as a result of making/receiving calls or sending/receiving messages or for cellular data usages.
Which one is Xfinity Mobile's definition of "active"?
if yes can we give same imei for all 5 lines ?
will it have impact for $200
