Same boat here. Added lines on Feb 14 and qualified on June 30, haven't received any shipping notification for the GC so far.

I remember reading a post on a previous Xfinity deal that mentioned cancelling lines after 90 days well before receiving the gift cards and still receiving them. But with these lines being so cheap to keep I would never risk a $1000 gift card over an extra monthly bill. Like the other poster mentioned I'm not canceling until the gift cards are in my hand.
Have to admit I was skeptical - partially because the original SIM they mailed was lost by FedEx, so I had to go into an Xfinity store location where the worker activated a replacement SIM. So wasn't sure if the promo qualification was tied to the original SIM card number or not.
In any case, was OK if I didn't get it, since I switched for the other promo to get $30 off my Internet service. So 600 Mbps at $60-$30 = $30. Plus the $15/mo for the mobile SIM that sits in a drawer makes a net $45/mo for 700 Mbps tested (due to the overprovisioning) for next two years...
Just keep an eye out.
