Don't have experience with the dewalt but I use the crap out of my Ryobi trim router. I couldn't work in the shop without it. I've used it for dados, juice grooves on cutting boards, circle cutting jigs, you name it. It's not the most powerful but if you know how to use it it's an invaluable tool.

WTH? Now a regular tape measure is considered a "Tool" in a cordless kit?

Random tidbit: I have the regular (bushy) 1/4" ryobi impact drivers. That thing is powerful enough to take off 100 foot lb lug nuts easily. I was going to get one of those more powerful ones but that little thing does the job.

impact DRIVER or impact WRENCH? Some people confuse the two. If it really was the driver, I have that and I can't wait to try it on my lugs.... didn't know it could do that. I wanted to try it before but didn't want to ruin it.

Reciprocating saw, circular saw and drill/driver for 79 with battery and charger isn't a terrible deal. Good place to start, at least 3 useful tools

The P262 impact wrench is the only tool (or kit) I've been waiting for a deal on. They can do better than 16% off the kit.

How often is there a good deal on the trim router? (I'm ok with a corded one, if they go on sale) I need one, but I'm not sure if it's a smart financial decision at the moment.

Don't forget that bits will add to your overall cost. Hope you're baking that into your financial planning. Plywood alone costs more than this combo.

I really like having spares because I can leave a commonly used bit like a roundover bit in one of these "permanently"
Don't change bits, change tools.
