Is there really no search function on the Woot website?
The waffle towels are a lot better for drying, but I imagine these would be ok. Much better for polishing or applying sprays.
$50?!? Did Apple make these?

These are excellent towels for washing, drying and waxing your car. They also work great in the kitchen as well but since they are quite fluffy they are better used for your car. I bought the 6 pack 16x24 on Amazon for $19 so this seems to be a good deal to me. I'm definitely in for a pack.

Is this better than 14 in. x 14 in. Microfiber Cloth Towels (24-Pack) @ home depot?
It's only $10

I have both.

The Home Depot ones are cheap and lose a lot of their fluff really quickly. They are great for disposable cleaning rags. I use them for garage work and interior cleaning of my car in a pinch. They are decent for wiping down firearms and counter tops. If they stain or rip, they are cheap enough to trash and not feel bad.

The CG ones are fluffy and soft. I think they are a little too fluffy for interior car detailing but I have had no issues with other uses. Imho, a bit over priced normally for how long they last.

I prefer Rag Company over CG and HD for real work like cleaning monitors, cleaning TV screens, washing my car, cleaning paintball equipment, etc.

Other than washing cars, is there other use case for this?

Maybe house cleaning glass, dusting. They're really good at removing burrs from your pants after hunting/trekking off trail in the woods. These are excellent for their intended purpose: buffing off auto wax/sealants

How good are these for drying the car after a wash?

Personally I don't like microfiber for drying, a good chamois is better for most applications. The "Absorber" is a mainstream chamois you can buy at most stores. I find these dry the vehicle quicker (ring out easily) with no swirls, just don't apply much pressure when washing or drying and I like to use a drying aid like duragloss Aquawax (amazing stuff).

How do these hold up to repeated washing drying? Looks like their site says wash with hot water, and dry on low heat.

There's also some detergent that the chemical guys are selling that's made for these cloths, but not sure if legit or just marketing.

These hold up really well for multiple washes based on my uses (mostly wax/polish/sealant buffing and spray wax application). I do not really like most CG waxes/polishes but the microfiber cleaner is A+, it gets MF cleaner and softer than regular quality detergent. Also like their clay lube

That's very intentional. Woot is a big garage sale. If you search, buy and leave they don't snag your wallet on other products while you manually "search" thru the piles of stuff for your intended buy.
Or, like me, people say "forget this BS" and just leave the site.

Highest inflation in 40 years! Actually, this price is not too bad. I paid $5.90 for 6 of these a few years ago.

All you need is one Shamwow! Ask Vince. This is overpriced trash compared to the Shamwow! I mean that thing is made in Germany.
