Yes, you can check out now and they will ship when they become available later this month. You'll want to make sure you are logged in and that your phone is otherwise eligible for upgrading. If you are still making payments on it, for example, it may not allow it. I think you can check this through your Sprint dashboard. If you still haven't been able to figure it out, since your phone is listed in the terms and conditions for eligible upgrades, my next step would be to hit the chat icon on the right side and they'll be happy to earn a commission off of you if you are in fact eligible. Just watch out for the add-ons they'll try to push. GL

The battery
The size
screen everything is about the same.
This is really no upgrade unless you do not have a s21 and have a 1k phone to trade in.

Plus, the iPhones apparently hold their trade in value much better, so you're devaluing your tradein by converting it to an S22.
My S9 is only worth $400. An XR for $125 is worth $800. So I bought one of those and traded it for a 13. Jumping ship on Samsung and hoping i don't regret it.

My phone has a small crack on the back and front glass.
I saw that ATT was accepting previous galaxy note phones in any condition
