These are actually Callaway X2 Hot clubs that were originally released in 2014. Callaway re-released them with a new name and color scheme for exclusive sale at Costco. These clubs were initially released at Costco several years ago as "X2 Hot+" then 1-2yrs later as "Edge" with a green color scheme and since last year "edge" with a gold color scheme. You can find the matching X2 Hot 3/4/5/AW/LW irons online. This information has been confirmed directly from Callaway by several online sources plus I called Callaway myself when I was extensively researching these last year.
A few notes on this set:
- Its rare to find these in store and regular flex steel is the only option
- These sell out quickly online (re-sellers buy out the stock to flip them for insane prices)
- Last year costco was offering to select accounts $50 off $500 online purchase, usually if you chatted with customer support they would give you the coupon as well.
- Graphite is the same as regular flex except one is steel and the other is graphite shafts (my brother owns the steel and I own the graphite... we've done comparisons)
- this set DOES NOT come in senior flex or left handed options for graphite
- If for some reason you don't like any part of this set it is very easy to sell off the items you don't want
- The putter alone is worth $100+ brand new; it is an Odyssey White Hot Pro 2 in silver vs black (which was retail color)
- The driver/3 wood/hybrid are basic but are nice
- The irons and putter are great
EDIT: for the persons asking about extending shaft lengths... you can add on shaft extenders (options for both steel and graphite) and extend the shaft up to 2" maximum (not recommended to go beyond that). Look up some videos about "regripping golf clubs" and you would need some sandpaper, golf shaft epoxy, and basic skills to extend these yourself (look up some YouTube videos from the mobileclubmaker on building clubs to get an idea how to use epoxy).... for reference in 1yr I went from never playing golf to playing multiple times a week and building golf clubs from scratch for fun as well. I do have a higher level of mechanical ability (rebuild cars for fun) but honestly, it isn't hard. Its a fun hobby to get into
EDIT 2: LOFTS
Driver: 10.5°
3 Wood: 15°
5 Hybrid: 25°
6: 26°
7: 30°
8: 34.5°
9: 39°
PW: 44°
SW: 54°
EDIT 2.5: link to callaway x2 hot iron specs mens & womens (loft/length/lie/etc)…. Heads Identical to this set (different shaft specs)

These clubs vs a 3000 set won't make a measurable difference in the hands of 99% of golfers.
Get these, a fancy bag, a 52 wedge, and maybe change the grips, and you'll be fine for years to come.
Between graphite and steel, steel is generally heavier, provides more 'feel' when hitting the ball and more commonly used, graphite is lighter and absorbs more of the impact so it's preferred by older players.
I'm 35 and in decent shape, but my personal preference is graphite since I have bad wrists.

Are both the irons and drivers in either the Regular Flex or Stiff Flex the same or are the drivers all Regular Flex in all sets?
The listing for the Graphite set is the only one that stats this explicitly:
Includes:
Titanium Driver with headcover with Regular Flex Graphite Shaft
3-Wood with headcover with Regular Flex Graphite Shaft
5-Hybrid with headcover with Regular Flex Graphite Shaft
6 – 9 cavity back irons with Regular Flex Graphite Shafts
Pitching wedge with Regular Flex Graphite Shaft
Sand wedge with Regular Flex Graphite Shaft
Odyssey White Hot Pro Putter with SuperStroke grip and headcover
I like the Graphite set but I also swing the club pretty fast.
Edit: looks like both the irons and drivers are either regular or stiff

Edit2: Bought the Graphite set as I'm a beginner and like a lighter club.
That would be awesome thanks. I think I might just cancel my order and wait & see.
Right now, my secondhand Titlelist are extended 1/2" and I'm happy with them for now. I will probably just end up getting fitted in the future and I'll decide then what I want to do.
