As a ordinary home owner, I just can't find a use case for the router. Other tools - I already own (different brands)
If you ever need to replace a door... a cabinet door.. a room door.. put a new doorknob in..

You can route out a nice perfect cut out for the hinges, strike plates. If you ever build a work bench, route out the edges so they are not sharp. Same for any table or edge you have that might be too sharp.

Lots of uses for an ordinary home owner.

Nailler's ?? I keep waiting but never see them included. Sure wish they would offer up the nailers! 😐

Yup, that's the only item left on my list. I never see any decent deals on them. I'm guessing they're still so popular that there's no need to put them on sale.

A newer generation nailer is coming soon. I'm waiting for that to replace my current reliable Ryobi brad nailer

Thanks for your feedback.
I have a rotted door frame, would it do this?

Wish I could find a good deal on just the reciprocating saw. Have the other tools, and the saw is the one thing I'm really in need of post-winter

I have Six 2ah batteries and 1 drill. Which of these combos would be the best value if I was just trying to fill out my tool chest?

Thanks. I buy them for Christmas presents for kids that are just starting. Also having an additional router speeds things up by having a dedicated trim router.

i have a porter cable 18v system i bought as a kit 4 years ago. I don't have any issues with it, but do wish I had more tools that are not available in that line.

How are ryobis compared to porter cable?

Holly cows! I wish I was starting out in the tools collection. Makes a great first set or a backup set. And this isn't even refurbed stuff, right?

Not quite sure what there's is to pooh pooh about! Not even shipping! It's free!

If you have the drill already, I'd probably go with this kit.

You're adding a 4ah battery, and the impact which are two very important pieces in my opinion. Reciprocating saw and the flashlight are just a bonus at that point.

I have Home Depot store credit and I'm unable to use it for online order. Is there any way I can buy the 3-tool combo kit from the store? What to do if they don't have any in stock at store?
Appreciate if anyone has experience with store credit?

It's a great deal for the DYIer. Go ahead and waste your money on overpriced tools you don't really need.
This. We built a 25 x 8 foot shed / chicken coop/run with 95% Ryobi power tools. Used a non-Ryobi mitre saw, which I've had for years and still works so no need to replace it.

Seems to be the same deal as last week (and it says "available again") ? Or did anybody find any significant difference?
