Jackson MS - $44 as well. Still just a two InkCart Printer. Pay more and get a 4 cartridge printer. I've got several Brother inkjets and ink has been dreadfully cheap (as low as $1 per cartridge).
Agreed. Can't imagine ever having a inkjet again. Laser is the way to go. Brother laser printers rock. Even toner replacement is dirt cheap and last for a long time and doesn't dry up. If I have a color picture I need to print, even Walgreens/CVS etc deliver better longer lasting color prints than expensive color inkjets and it's also pretty cheap.
I bought this just before xmas for 40$. It is a simple printer/AIO. It prints as well as can be expected. It has asked for new ink since printing 14 color pages as 1 of the first jobs. It has not stopped printing yet but I have ran only about 30 more pages or so in mostly B/W.
If my dell color AIO hadn't died I would not have purchased this unit. Laser is worth the money. Looking for the next best deal on a good xerox work station style AIO, unless anyone has a suggestion.
This is not bad. Decent print quality, long install, decent print options, questionable ink cartridge life.
For 25$ I would not be afraid to purchase this printer.

Do you recommend all Brother printers or are there certain models you recommend? And for a really dumb question, can laser print color? I need a printer and I could/will go to online reviewers but I'd like to hear some SD user feedback as well. TIA
