My deal expires on 3/7, so here is my plan..

Planning to order accessories today to see if it triggers CB. If it does not trigger any CB, then I will have time to return (ATT has 14 day return window) and try getting CB on service.
Shouldn't be any issues. I added the offer before 1/21, placed 1st order over $37.5 on 2/7, placed 2nd order over $37.5 on 2/10, earned $75 cash back on 2/17.

Are you able to check if the fine print from the January offer has the same wording as this month's?

However, I saw the $75 cash back offer has been already moved to the expired promotion in Chase. Not sure if I could get the $75 later.

It moved to expired after 1/21, but moved to redeemed on 2/16 after I made the two purchases.

I took a screenshot of the January offer. It didn't have "Offer valid one time only on a new line of wireless service." And it said "Must make two separate transactions on AT&T wireless products or services by 3/72022."

Wanted to provide an update regarding my attempts to redeem this offer...

First package arrived yesterday, the one that supposedly included two identical items, except there was only one in the box, despite the packing slip indicating there should be two. Called ATT, escalation ticket opened last night. Got a call from them this morning, and after the rep confirmed that I was NOT an ATT wireless customer, she said there's nothing they can do about the missing item, and I'd have to call my credit card bank to dispute it... wtf?

Asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told the same thing, abolutely nothing they can do, and this is the policy straight from corporate. So now the problem is, I can't even request a return since I don't have both items from the order. My second order is expected to arrive tomorrow, but contains just a single item. Has anyone who's not an ATT wireless customer experienced this?

Called Chase shortly after to dispute the transaction. Chase said merchants have up to 2 billing cycles to respond. ATT's return policy is only 14 days from the date of purchase, and the ATT offer is only good for another 18 days. No idea how an order in "dispute" affects the offer redemption at this point.

Not sure what the best course of action is at this point. I could return the 2nd order that's arriving tomorrow, give up on the offer redemption, and let Chase fight it out with ATT on the 1st order, which should result in an outcome in my favor. I do have security footage of my wife unboxing the package that was missing one item.

On another note, both of my ATT transactions have posted, and neither transaction names have changed. However, I took a look at the transaction details, and noticed that unlike the Cricket accessory order I placed the other day which was categorized as "bills & utilities", the ATT transactions were categorized as "shopping". I dug through my past transactions for the ATT offers from last year, and they were all categorized as "bills and utilities". A closer look at the merchant type, the older transactions showed "Telecommunication services", while the two from a few days ago showed "Telecommunication equipment and phone sales". This was the case even for my in store purchases from the Dec offer where the transaction names were changed. Thoughts?

Jan offer didn't have "new line of service" wording, I can see that in my expired offers.

While Chase is working on the dispute, you may place a 3rd order to qualify for the offer and return 1st order later. For my January offer, it also showed as shopping, telecommunication equipment and phone sales. And it shows the purchase method as in person while I ordered online. For the category: shopping, it's something that you can modify.

I faced almost identical issue and AT&T telesales customer support were pathetic and unconcerned to a non-ATT subscriber. They gave me the same middle finger and told me to file a claim with CC as well. Needless to say because the CC chargeback timeline to resolve is too long and the aggravation, time wasted steer me away from this offer this time around.

I had to dispute charges last time after returning items and never getting a refund. AT&T doesn't seem to have any process for non subscribers to return accessories purchased online.

Don't try to return anything if you have no account with AT&T. Last year, they included the return label in the box. Their return accessories are delivered to local store, I guess the local store can't access your account information if you are not their customer.Besides, they don't care. The other risk for jumping to ATT deal, try to get one item costing $37.5 if possible, they always only fill part of the order, or split the order to two or three charges, then you won't meet the requirements. They are spam.

Be careful with the accessories return, you probably won't get any refund.

So you might as well just ship back an empty box, and file a dispute with your CC saying you never received a refund since ATT can't process such a return?

I don't have any experience like that. LMAO Maybe it it a little easier to deal with credit company than ATT
