It's definitely not a "platform" issue, as the only information I gave to the store staff was a printout of my order confirmation, and they were able to return it that way without any issues.

So I used this offer on my bank of America card and untill yesterday it was showing as processing but today the offer is completely gone. It's not available under redeemed offers or elsewhere. I guess I will be returning my magsafe charger and case 😂

If the return window allows it, I'd wait a day or two more. I've had the same thing happened and it eventually showed up under "redeemed".

Chase, BofA and others should take a lesson from Amex about how to do merchant offers! No guessing game with Amex.

That's quiet common with these offers in Bank of America , it will come back in few days under redeemed section.

No, that mean it works. Offer disappear because they are queing it or whatever, after a few days it will be under the redeemed tab

I hope it's true. I will wait for a few days. The reason I am worried is that I used another offer the same day as at&t and that offer shows under redeemed section as pending but at&t does not. I have about 10 days before return window closes.
