Cricket cash back on CC came through after 4 days, no notification or email, just showed up on redeemed today. I wouldn't try the at&t deal if it showed up on debit. Too risky with the horror stories if you don't have a at&t account and they lose/misorder your order or you try to refund.

I made two purchases of accessories and have two charges for $42.71 that both posted on 2/18 as "AT&T COR DF." No email notification from Chase and no credit showing up in my account. Anyone have the same experience or are people receiving the credit already?

Feb 16th two bill payments $38 each on chase. Got notification saying offer used, but still no redeemed notification or update on Chase.

Chase gave me the credit after whatever the investigation they called, took about one month though. Chase should be able to check the pre-charge if they want. Good luck!
Thanks. I messaged chase and was told it will take14 days to investigate, which means I won't be able to return the items if chase says no. I'll try returning to the store first. However, I expect a big hassle to do that. I'll definitely avoid such an offer in the future.

Anyone know what the from email address or the subject of the email is for return shipping label from At&t? I can't find the email as I want to track it on USPS and provide that confirmation to At&t.

Last time my return shipping label is from [email protected] and the subject is "Your AT&T Return Label is Enclosed". How did you get the return shipping label, by calling the 800 number on the receipt? I found it extremely difficult without an AT&T account.

My very first order as part of this promotion back in the day needed to be returned (they sent the USB-A version instead of the USB-C version that I ordered). I was able to obtain a return shipping from them using the online chat. The rep was capable and not being an AT&T subscriber didn't create any issues. However, I ended up returning the item to a near by store, so I can't comment on what the process is after sending the item back.

Thanks for sharing! So you were able to return accessories to an AT&T store without an account? I tried it and was told they couldn't do it because they couldn't find my order without an AT&T account. The manager did try searching my order number and invoice number in their system.
