What does the charge show up as ?
I believe everyone shows up the same as AT&T COR DF Merchant type
Telecommunication equipment and phone sales
Categories doesnt matter cause you can change it yourself
Maybe it just takes longer, but I don't understand how someone did it later and got the offer faster?
Is there a different between chase and BoA? I'm using chase offer, maybe that's why? Has anyone successfully redemmed the after from Chase this round?

I have this wording for my cricket offer: "Earn $25 back when you spend $30 or more on your first month of service with Cricket Wireless."

Can I order accessories online and use this offer, or need to add a line? If buying accessories work, does it have to be online or can be done at a local store? Most of the stores around me are authorized stores only.
I ordered an AirTag from their site and the offer shows as redeemed.

Cricket offer T&Cs have always been "new line/service" and worked on accessories without an issue. More than likely, it's the same for the AT&T offer with similar T&Cs (there are reports that it worked that way in this thread).

Now, if we could find a way to circumvent that stupid 3 orders max per address rule of theirs!

My first purchase for this offer triggered the offer email.

The last time I did this in December, it took nearly 3 weeks from the charge post date to getting the cashback (after the return window) which was only a day or two after the offer showed redeemed and AFTER the offer expiration.
Chase is pretty bad about offer timeliness, so I wouldn't do this unless you don't mind the risk of paying full price.

This makes me wonder if they have separate people to take care of different accounts?
Is this difference based on region based, manager based, account based? Lol
There is so many variations and it's kinda ridiculous.
But I agree, unless you're fine with paying full price, don't risk it

Weird thing is people who did online store purchases are getting credit/redeemed while I did a service payment and that still hasn't changed to credit/redeemed.

Yeah, a lot of us are in the same boat. No matter what I've tried (PayPal, Apple Pay, alterations in the addresses, etc, etc) the outcome was always the same. I quit! What an idiotic blanket policy that also includes accessories.
In-store purchases is our only option then?

I have an offer from Xfinity for new & recurring service, has anyone tried ordering accessories to see if it fires credit?

at least you paid the bill which you would have paid anyways. Most of us bought accessories at full price and if unable to return we will be stuck with an expensive mistake. laugh out loud
