My 1st wireless payment of $40 on 2/21 triggered the offer used email. No email on my 2nd $40 payment on 2/25.

I also used Chase card on 2/27 for 5% BJs wholesale club. I got the offer used email and the BJ offer is showing redeemed on the Chase website already. No status change on AT&T offer.

Wonder if I need to submit a 3rd $40 payment next month. In the past, I redeemed at least twice of this $75 offers by making 2x wireless payments.

You are not alone, I paid the bill as well and just got offer used emails. No offer redeemed emails since 02/16

This offer showed up on my wife's Chase card. I just placed an online order for accessories and received the "you used your offer" immediately. For my card's offer (same T&Cs that state new line or service) never received a notice. Most likely both will be paid off based on prior experience, but just wanted to report a data point for others.

Have AT&T offer on 2 of my Chase cards. Until yesterday they both said 3 days remaining. Today they say 9 days remaining. Seems like they extended the redemption date. Wondering if anyone else is seeing the same thing.

I also see 9 days now … from previous of 3 days on 2 chase cards. But language still reads New line of service.

I also received "you used your offer" immediately. But I still did not receive " Congrats! You've successfully redeemed one of your Chase Offers" after 11 days.

So I paid the bill for this offer and it triggered the offer used email. But since 2/16 no offer redeemed status. I used a starbucks offer on 2/28 and it switched to offer redeemed today 3/4. I just don't undertstand why the bill payment is not yet completed.

Let me tell you why the bill payment credit is not complete yet. The offer clearly states for new line of service. If you paid your existing bill do not expect the credit to post. This offer used to work in the past but not anymore.

Sorry for the late question. You split the payment with the same card? I asked if I could buy a charging station in store today and split the payment, but the rep wasn't sure if it's possible.

They can split the payment. I used Apple Pay and then used the same card to swipe. They don't know which you're using for Apple Pay anyways

Even though it mentions on it, something doesnt make sense is how accessory purchases trigger it. Maybe something we are missing?
