I too paid my bill of $37.50 twice as I have done many times before and I did receive the redeemed offer email from BOA immediately afterwards but after a week or so, the offer went from pending to available again and then extended from 3 days to 9 days left. I do still have the "With new wireless service" verbage as well which is the only difference I can tell from the previous times they've done the offer.

I will contact BOA to see if I can get them to manually approve this again like I've done once before with complete success.

BofA/Chase detects AT&T in the name and triggers the alert. They send those transaction details to a 3rd party company that will verify the transaction type and offer terms with AT&T and if everything is good, they'll trigger the credit. So the email trigger is just a place holder, If the transaction returns as invalid by AT&T, then the credit doesn't appear

Update on Cricket, used email on March 1st. Switched to Redeemed on March 5th. Ordered an AirTag on Chase.

Both BofA and chase offers have this. Looks like they are expecting us to make payments for two months of service/purchases that's why the second transaction date is to use by 4/27. I bought two cases (separate orders) with BofA card on the same day and the offer was shown as pending for few days and now back as not redeemed. May be we should give some gap between two transactions?

I have asked before but didn't get solid confirmation so ask again. Has anyone receive successful credit on chase after purchasing accessories at store (not online) this time where language says new line and how long it took. I made two purchase at store 7 days back and no email and not showing redeemed. I am wondering if I should return it

This is not looking good (compared to previous deals where the T&Cs were different). I returned my accessory orders to a nearby corporate store on the last day of the 14-day return period.

I think it s safe to assume at this point that the party is over, no more cash back for accessories on these deals as used to be. Att and or chase shut the doors. No more free power banks, airtags, phones cases …

Eek, i bought a charger online on 3/1 and a day later the BofA Amerideal changed from activated to Pending. Then I bought another charger in a corporate store on 3/4 (hasn't posted to the card yet). So different transaction dates.

Would you suggest I give up and return both times?

Yeah, it was great while it lasted. Got so many near-free cases, power banks, Apple accessories that I wouldn't have bought otherwise. Thanks AT&T!
