But your two transactions were each more than $37.5, right?
It's kind of like renaming your Freedom card "Sapphire Reserve" and expecting to get free lounge access
Order 2/15, posted charge on 2/18.
Nothing happened until today, 3/9. The offer is now in redeemed tab.
I did submit one secure message through chase and they said they will investigate (about 5 days ago I sent message, 2 days later they replied that they will look into it, and today the offer is redeemed)
