I just messaged them saying the order was split and should qualify for the offer. The offer now shows as redeemed, but I haven't received a reply confirming it though.

One thing i noticed in chase portal it codes as retail shopping but there is an option i did not see before where you can change the category. I just did while getting return labels will see what happens before i ship them lol!
How do you get return label from att site? I do not have account ordered as a guest
You have to call to get a label and it's a pain in the ass. They keep transferring you to different agents. Just tell them you don't have an account and give them your order number

I did submit one secure message through chase and they said they will investigate (about 5 days ago I sent message, 2 days later they replied that they will look into it, and today the offer is redeemed)

My experience is to never call at night or weekend, when the representatives know nothing. It is better to call during regular business hours.
