One thing i noticed in chase portal it codes as retail shopping but there is an option i did not see before where you can change the category. I just did while getting return labels will see what happens before i ship them lol!

You have to call to get a label and it's a pain in the ass. They keep transferring you to different agents. Just tell them you don't have an account and give them your order number

Confirmed that it worked
Order 2/15, posted charge on 2/18.
Nothing happened until today, 3/9. The offer is now in redeemed tab.
I did submit one secure message through chase and they said they will investigate (about 5 days ago I sent message, 2 days later they replied that they will look into it, and today the offer is redeemed)
Woohoo.

My experience is to never call at night or weekend, when the representatives know nothing. It is better to call during regular business hours.

Yes, the offer said new lines only, but I bought accessories and it worked fine.
It was Chase offer.
