Heritage Flakes is also a great cereal. Crunchy, high in fiber, but 5g of sugar so more than Cheerios.

Fiber Way I regrettably do not recall the price of. It was missing from my Harris Teeter for awhile so I bought it in bulk when it popped up. It probably rotates in with their regular sales. The HT Bran Flakes are good too, but have a decent bit of sugar oddly enough.
...I eat wayyyy too much cereal.
