Direct tools outlet RIDGID R250AFF 15-Gauge 2 1/2 in. Angled Finish Nailer with CLEAN DRIVE Technology factory blemished.

$64.99 + $10 shipping.
Home depot price = $169.00.

Consensus seems to be that the factory blemished are like new condition. DTO shipping can take longer than average.

I just got a reconditioned that ended up being like new for $10 more otherwise I would buy.

I use pneumatic with a nice lightweight flexible hose and small quiet compressor.

Battery powered ones skip the hose and compressor, but are much larger and heavier, with a potentially annoying trigger delay and wait between shots.
One poster above me already covered the pros and cons, but I would like to add that when you're using battery powered nailers, you're "buying" the price of the air compressor with every single gun (they are all $100-200 more expensive than pneumatic). If you go air powered, you only need to buy one air compressor for all your guns.

I've been following this product since early January. The 15ga angled has been $75 reconditioned and $120 blemished for a while. So this is a good deal!

Good tool! Most DIY home owners will be fine with just an 18ga gun but for those that need or know when you should switch between 18ga/16ga or want the angled form factor of 15ga, this is a great price

I already have the 16 and 18 ga. straight nailers that both work flawlessly. I guess I "need" the angled nailer too.

Any thoughts on air vs battery powered nailers? I have my eye on the new Ridgid 18 ga battery-powered nailer for upcoming trim and minor carpentry projects, and plan to use a hammer or screws for the few parts of the project where need something stronger than 18 ga brads. I also would need to buy a portable compressor if I go with air tools. So budget wise it would be about the same for a compressor + this or another 15/16 ga nailer + 18 ga brad nailer, vs the battery-powered 18 ga brad nailer + swing a hammer + sink some trim screws.

I don't have this one, but this seems like a good deal. I have an 18 ga Ridgid and it's been great. My 15ga is a Hitachi. I love it. I use it more than I thought. (I rarely use my 16 ga anymore) 15 ga is perfect for installing prehung doors. It also gives me extra confidence in holding power for smaller outdoor projects too when using galvanized nails.

Sweet, in for one! I use this tool semi-frequently at work and it has always been pretty good to me. Sometimes I get some jams but I suspect that's because my boss never takes care of his tools!! Love the belt clip as well (my Brad nailer does not have one, sad). I mostly use this thing when installing doors or the occasional need for something larger than an 18ga Brad nail. Happy to have my own now!

In the market for a new compressor, currently have an old 6 gallon pancake that I use for a framing nailer, finish/brad nailers and some other random tools. What are you using and would you recommend it? Thanks!

Personally, I got the 26 gal Kobalt quiet compressor. I am happy with it. I love it cause I can still talk without competing with the compressor.

Home depot has their husky 4.5 gal for 239.00 https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky.../305026725

Would this be more versatile than a 16 GA or the other way around ? I have a 18 ga, framing nailer and maybe this ?

I have a 18ga and 16ga straight already, worth getting this too?

Thanks for the recommendation and seems almost perfect. Even though it is on wheels, that 71.43 lb weight is a bit much for me.
