Just for reference, I submitted the rebate at the beginning of March (1st week, forgot exact date)

I just received an "INVALID" on the submission stating "Incomplete purchase - Offer requires more than 1 product purchased to qualify"
I had 2 separate receipts and the delivery confirmation from AMAZON. There were 3 separate PDF's submitted to them.
Customer service is now telling me that both purchases must be made on one receipt.
It does state on the rebate form "Qualifying purchase must be made in one transaction". So I guess I'm the ASS for not reading the fine print.
I specifically made two separate orders on the same day so the wouldn't make a mistake and assume only one was purchased due to one receipt.
There is no logic to this when two 5 quart jugs were clearly ordered and delivered.
Guess I'll stick to just using Mobil rebates and stocking up when they have them, like they're running now. Never had a problem with their rebates.
They will do anything to not have to pay out these rebates.
The invoice shows SHIPPED. It does NOT show delivered. So I send a delivery screenshot from Amazon orders.
I also did NOT get an Delivery confirmation email from Amazon.
I just submitted a screenshot of the order details, which shows the item delivered to the rebate email.
However - they say the rebate is Invalid. They are still asking for a delivery confirmation email. I don't have that and Amazon hasn't send. Any ideas on what to do? Anyone got rebate with just submitting order detail page - which shows delivered?
I received an email on 8/29 saying it was confirmed and I can pick my two rewards.

One transaction BUT it has to be the same product. You cannot buy one say high mileage and one Euro synthetic. As others said, Mobil is far easier.
Update. 10/14 mailed $25

It's obvious they are trying to make it as hard as possible to get it properly approved, even when you do every step right. In case you guys didn't know, these promo/rebate-running businesses (not Pennzoil, contracted out) make their money by being paid a certain contracted lump sum, and then they have to pay out from that. So every dollar we get is $1 the person on the phone there doesn't get to keep. So you are literally fighting them for the money.
These promo/rebate companies are incentivized to deny as much as possible, just like an insurance company payout or something. It's all a big scam. I much much prefer paying less for a product up front and avoiding all this rebate BS. And honestly for most ppl here if you calculate how much you make at your job per hour, and the amount of time you have to call, email, wait on hold, find documents to re-upload, likely isn't worth your time.
