hmmm I guess if you're going to buy this stuff, this offer is cheaper than it normally is.
Part of going keto is also opting to eat less processed foods.
This product has 4 g net carbs per serving after fiber & sugar alcohol is subtracted out, plus the ingredients list is not all that wholesome.

Just google keto recipe pancakes, and you'll find better options you can make at home with more wholesome ingredients.

Who wants sweetener in their pancakes? I've never added sweetener to pancake batter.

Ditto. I've tried several of these and none of them are better than the recipe on wholesome yum which takes the same amount of time to mix up.

Thanks. Got a picture of how these things look on a plate. Also. I can't remember. If I remember right, some sugar free sweeteners are heat and baking compatible and some not.

Comments appreciated.

I just don't understand. What is wrong with people? If you're going Keto, then simply stop eating shit that's obviously NOT keto? I mean fark!

It's the same with those vegans who eat no-meat chicken nuggets, or sausage? WTF man. People are so entitled and spoiled. The world is extremely unfair, and just plain broken.
Diet Zealots like yourself suck.

I don't think you don't understand what keto is. The only rule of keto is to eat the number of net carbs that will not kick you off keto, ie eat under 50 net carbs on average.

Anything goes long as it fits your macros. If it fits go ahead. Some people choose to avoid any and all substitutes, like you. Some choose to eat whatever as long as it fits.

People choose what they want to do. There is nothing in keto that disregards this shit. Relgious dieters are annoyning.

Not gonna lie, I've tried a bunch of keto pancake recipes, including ones in this thread, and they've all sucked ass for me, so I'm trying this. I've done the egg whites whipping up trick, all sorts of temperature control, etc. People's pictures look foolproof by comparison, whereas I usually get a grainy pancake or one that falls apart with any coconut flour, almond flour, and even vital wheat gluten including recipe. A simple "add water and cook" - 4 packs for like $14. I'd most definitely spend more time and effort fiddling with recipes than what that $3.50 is worth for each pack.

Umm.... Is this a joke? That's like enough flour for 1 pancake and enough eggs for 15?

Contains wheat gluten and soluble corn fiber. Can this be keto friendly? I don't think so.
