Used the "Create Windows 11 Installation Media" option from here:

Would probably be in your best interest to do a clean install, since this probably has a lot of bloatware on it.
Also here's a link showing how to see your Windows 10 key (if you're paranoid it won't automatically retain your license key when doing a clean install of WIndows 11):

But it is just 1650 super.
Not a bad deal.
But not a decent deal.
It was easy and cheap. This 8GB RAM [newegg.com] will fit.

Previous deal: $640
Intel i5-10400: ~$140
1660 Super: ~$400
8GB DDR4-2666 RAM: ~$30
256GB NVME SSD: ~$27
This deal: $685
Intel i5-10700: ~$270
1650 Super: ~$280
12GB DDR4 RAM: ~$50
512GB NVME SSD: ~$45
This has a better CPU, bigger NVME SSD, and more RAM... but this deal is not for you if you plan on selling the GPU. For comparison I priced out a Core i5 12400, 16GB DDR4-3200 RAM, 512GB NVME, Case, and PSU, and it came out to $462. I.E. about $220 less than this. So you can get a better CPU, slightly better quality components, and a 1650 Super for about this price if you build yourself. Obviously not for everybody, but provides a price reference.
All in all, I'd say this is a pretty crappy deal.
For this price it should be 1660 super.

I built my last computer and the motherboard finally died after eight years. I did not feel like doing that this time. This PC should be fine for a while but might go back to self build in the future for some more flexibility.
