They do sell spare parts. My wife ran over mine with her Escalade and I had to buy a few parts from their website. They were all reasonably priced and shipped fast.
* 20inch lawner 2019 version bought on clearance from Lowe's. It is great I don't have to worry about gas, oil, oil changes, etc. that you have to worry about with a gas powered mower. It's also not nearly as loud as my neighbors who have gas powered mowers. I have roughly .75 acre lot and I have to use 2-4 4ah battery charges to complete cutting depending on weather for that week. It missed quite a few blades of grass when going even 1/2 speed of self propelled. You would think that sharpening the blades would help, but no, it does not. I sharpen 4-5 times a year and still doesn't help. The speed of the blades spinning does not seem to be enough, and unfortunately it's 'smart' technology can't be overwritten and have it go at full speed all the time. I just don't think it gets enough RPM's to the blade to effectively cut without leaving quite a few misses. As stated by the review above, you CANNOT get whatever parts you want for these mowers. For instance, there are 2 types of blades (mulching, non-mulching) and the mulching blade has been out of stock with Greenworks and 3rd party resellers since 2019. You can look up reviews. There are no other blades from another manufacturer with the same slots in them. I can't use an aftermarket or other name brand blade in this mower as it just simply isn't compatible.
* Trimmer/blower combo I got in 2019 on clearance as well works great. Does what it needs to. Great because I got the same 60v line as the other equipment I have.
* Snow Blower I purchased in 2021 and used a few times this season. I purchased the snow blower because last year we had quite a few snow storms where the snow was as high as the top of my SUV on the side of my driveway. I also ended up with a lot of snow mold along my path ways due to the weather we had. I was hoping that it would make snow removal easier and save my grass a bit in the spring. The times I have used it I noticed that my neighbors have self propelled snow blowers. It would make things a little bit easier but not a deal breaker. The nice thing about the snow blower is that it's again quieter and light enough to where I can hang it in my garage when it's not snow season. The negatives is that like the lawn mower, it doesn't seem nearly as powerful as the neighbors who have gas powered. It doesn't shoot the snow nearly as far, much smaller, and the biggest thing, is not heavy enough. You have to put your weight on the snow blower to push it down as you are going otherwise it just sort of 'glides' along and leaves a very thin amount of snow behind.
Batteries: I had a 4ah that came with the mower originally, a 2ah that came with my mower/trimmer combo, and then I purchased an extra 4ah. I am putting batteries in a separate category as a warning and advice to others. My batteries are kept in my attached garage. I don't leave them charging all the time and don't leave them in the equipment when not sing them. My batteries I purchased in 2019 were only lasting about 15-20 minutes while cutting the grass so at the beginning of 2021 I contacted Greenworks warranty and they sent me out new batteries, no questions asked. So I got 2 more 4ah batteries from Greenworks. Luckily I called days before my 2 year warranty expired. Sometime between 2019 and 2021 they changed the warranty length on the batteries to 3 or 4 years, forgot. The nice thing is that it wasn't a hassle, but please make sure you are mindful of how well your battery is performing and when it expires to get a new one sent out. My old batteries still 'work' but they don't work with the same results as they used to.
All in all, I looked at this thread because I am heavily debating on upgrading my mower to one that supports two batteries and trying to sell my old one. It would help me in cutting my lawn and not having to swap the battery out several times. It is also a bigger deck than the one I have currently. The only thing I wish Greenworks or a 3rd party reviewer would do is tell us what the max and average RPM's are of the mower blades. If I knew it solved some of the above issues, I would bite on it.
Edit: found this youtube video that shows it would cut down doing my lawn from about 2 hours but the cutting (and why) is still an issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGoyO7J
