Yeah, good point. Here's the link to the Xbox One base game [xbox.com].

The PS4 base game [playstation.com] was free via PlayStation Plus back in April 2021 too.




Xbox also lets you buy DLC without owning the main game. I tested it. I think PS4 does too, but I can't tell since I got the main game for free from PS+. Maybe someone else can confirm that.

Not true on Xbox, any DLC that's free can be acquired without owning the game.

You should mention that you have to own the base game in those platforms in order to get these DLCs for free. Only Stadia allows you to "buy" these without owning the base game.

I picked up numerous skins/passes/bundles on the PlayStation store that weren't mentioned above. I think I got Zombie Army 4 for free on PS Plus 2/2020. Just did a search on the store for "Zombie Army 4" and grabbed anything that's said "free".

False, you can claim these on Xbox and PS4 as well. Cannot claim them on Steam or Epic.

Not sure what platforms you're thinking of but never was the case for ps4..
