Trust me, if you're starving or your kids are starving and you find a can of this stuff in the back of the cabinet, the last thing you're going to do is analyze the nutritional facts to make sure it's keto or gluten free or free range broccoli or whatever.

Serving sizes are standardized at 1 cup for any soup. Look at any can of soup and it should say 'serving size 1 cup'

It's mostly maltodextrin a filler that is extremely high on the glycemic index, worse than sugar. Then high amounts of palm oil that it's extremely processed and provides no nutrition. Instead of "survival", this will literally kill you (slowly, but surely).

I just store the non-perishable foods that I regularly eat as an emergency stash in my pantry. Just make sure you rotate the stock, so that you are always consuming the oldest products first. No reason for me to buy the higher priced with more added preservatives "emergency" foods. Though the just-add-water aspect of them makes them convenient.
