One is listed at $29.99 and has the most reviews. Overall good rating but if you look at the bad reviews, someone posted a picture of a burnt receptacle and charger. Yikes!
The second is listed at $12.xx after 35% off coupon clipped.
Perhaps they relisted to get away ffrom the burnt picture review?
