I purchased this from Costco a few months back. Overall, I like the opener, especially the bright LED light. One thing to note, the door opening speed is slower than the Chamberlain 3/4 HP Belt model it replaced. Great price if you are able to get one.

you can do it easy if you have existing opener installed, you can reuse a lot of mounting hole,
the pro would charge you easily $3-$400 labor on it

grab a tall ladder if you have if not then its a 2 person job. the only tricky part is the tensioner spring clip but that just me

you can do it urself....just takes a lil more extra time if you havent done one before...but YT has the answers. Go for it.

FWIW I just ran into the same thing, between when I started driving to the store and when I arrived it had disappeared from the results in BS. I went in anyway to scope it out and sure enough there were two in stock just as BS indicated originally. So they may still be in there somewhere, although it sounds like it could be a wild goose chase if they're not with the other garage door openers or up on the shelves above them.

And big thanks to OP for the heads up on these, great price.

I didn't buy it, did not want to do the return/rebuy, as I wasn't sure what other store would have the right price. Went to another store and found the BF promo one (B353CAM) up in the steel. The shelf tag said $135 down from $198 and that was good enough for me. Had an employee get it down for me and went to check out, rang up $49. Score!!!

BS for Issaquah WA shows 5 in stock but they have none. When I went to the garage door opener section in the store there was a bunch of empty carts there. I realized as I abandoned my own cart that they were probably left there by fellow SD'ers who beat me to it. laugh out loud
