  1. Visit a participating corporate store location (strongly recommended, as pricing/fees can vary at non-corporate 'authorized dealer' locations).

  2. Port-in a non-T-Mobile/T-Mobile-based MVNO (i.e. Mint Mobile) number to a new line on Metro's $60/month prepaid plan
    • Number must not have been active on the T-Mobile network within the past 180 days.
  3. Purchase 64GB Apple iPhone 11 at sign-up for $99.99 (applicable sales tax will be due at time of sign-up)

Buying a money order with the gift card essentially gets the cash off the gift card. Take the money order to your bank and deposit it. I had issues adding the gift card to my Paypal and Venmo which is why I went the money order route. My cash offer from GameStop was $140 less than the visa gift card. Most grocery stores and even Walmart offer money orders. Swipe the giftcard as debit and enter a pin number and you should be good to go.

I think the tax is on $500 so 100 + 7% or whatever your state tax is + 60 + 20 = 215 approx

Yes, the IMEI is the account number and the default PIN is 0000. You will get a notice by text message when the number transfers sucessfully.

Mint mobile has the same network of Tmobile with Metropcs so they don't accept your port in.

The unlock 180 days of your iphone XR is not affected at all by your stop or continue to pay service to Metropcs.

so they activated the phone in store. just to verify, i can cancel after or before 1 month is up. use this Reuse White Unlock Sim Card Chip for iPhone 13 12 Pro Max 11 XR XS 8 7 SE R, put in my tmobile Sim and I should be good to go. Then after 6 months it should be fullly unlocked? no way metro can F with the phone? thank you.

That's correct, When you use soft unlock, You have to do factory reset after 180 days, I will recommend on 185 days or later, you should able to find out the phone unlock without anything, before reset make sure you backup anything to iTunes or iCould.

Completed my purchase , in and out about 30 minutes, 10 minutes awaiting on safe box release? Total coming 311.98 out door for everything.

When you do a soft unlock can you use the phone like normal? Nothing affects it other than a hard reset? I've never used a sim like that to unlock a phone. Is it really as simple as it sounds?

I did remember 2 lines for 60 plan total should $90, they told me $100 I think they raise price, after login online account, I found they add "Mexico Calling" cost $5 each months, they never ask me and I never call Mexicao and don't know who in Mexico, beware, even in Crop store, they make commission on those.

You have to enter your apple id and password at the first time use those sim, and after that everything like normal, that's my first time use those sim card as well, I use one T-Mobile 13 Pro and one soft unlock Metro 13 Pro, and it's realy simple. I will reset my Metro 13 Pro Around April 10.
