- How to find a corporate store: click Here, select 'Filter', check the 'corporate' box, then search by zip code.
- Port-in a non-T-Mobile/T-Mobile-based MVNO (i.e. Mint Mobile) number to a new line on Metro's $60/month prepaid plan
- Number must not have been active on the T-Mobile network within the past 180 days.
- Purchase 64GB Apple iPhone 11 at sign-up for $99.99 (applicable sales tax will be due at time of sign-up)
- A one-time $20 activation fee applies
- Remain active / pay for 3 consecutive months on the $60/mo. plan

Rep told me that I can still get $50 GC, if I maintain the service for 3 months and also I can change plan from next month onwards to lower plan from $60 to $40.
I was told white SIM is good for GSM unlock only. Can't Be used with Verizon???
I wonder if you got lucky, or if they've changed the rules. I tried some time last year with a number that was on T-Mobile ~3 months prior, and got rejected.

after that you will receive text message regarding how to redeem the rebate, if you don't meet the requirements, you won't eligible for the rebate.
