Buying a money order with the gift card essentially gets the cash off the gift card. Take the money order to your bank and deposit it. I had issues adding the gift card to my Paypal and Venmo which is why I went the money order route. My cash offer from GameStop was $140 less than the visa gift card. Most grocery stores and even Walmart offer money orders. Swipe the giftcard as debit and enter a pin number and you should be good to go.

I think the tax is on $500 so 100 + 7% or whatever your state tax is + 60 + 20 = 215 approx

slick effect .. its been posted here 20 days ago so i was slow to react .. will b better prepared next time now that i know the process
They told me that they usually get new inventory every Tuesday and Thursday at around 2 or 3 so that's when I checked in and they had it in stock every time. It's most likely different for each state though. Also, call the store before hand so you don't have to drive around.

The number port in and ID stay in that store for six months so no you can not. I have not try different number at different location yet. I did get new customer discount at different location using same ID with different number.
I did a deal in November for Samsung A32, in December for iPhone Xr and in February for iPhone 11 all with same ID and same store.

Was it the same number port in then port out then back in? Did you ever get more than 2 iphone within 6 months in the same store?

2 lines only and that was for the iPhone 11 promo. They allowed me to do 2 promos at once which was great.
Two new Android lines are new number no need to port in. Like port in 2 and get 2 new lines.

Different port in numbers each time. As noted I got an iPhone on 2 separate occasions.

If the store allows stacking promos, what's the best free android phone to maximize ROI when doing the 4 line deal (2 ports & 2 new lines)? I imagine it's any of the $0.00 phones on Metro's website?

Looking to trade 1 of the 2 iPhone 11's into Gamestop (or Best Buy worse case scenario), and hopefully also trade in the 2 android phones.

Hi Roberthhid, for your all your promotion phones (iPhone XR etc) you just paid for first month and left the phone in drawer or you are continuing the service with Metro ?

I didn't have trouble on authorized dealer. The only issue is I got charged tax for full amount. But the sales person showed me his screen and the tax is calculated by system. He even didn't mention any activation fee or accessories. He asked me whether I want insurance and I said no. Get out of the store with two iPhone 11s in 20m.
Charge tax on full amount or $100 price tag is depended on the state tax rules.

I only paid for one month and they all unlocked. I don't know why but when I bought iPhones and android phones at the same time the iPhones took a week longer than the android phones to unlock so don't despair if your iPhone doesn't unlock at exactly 6 months.

I went to a corporate store in NY and they insisted that I have to pay for insurance to get the deal. I let it pass since it was only about $24 (12+12). So my total came to $314 + tax :
1. Phone A - $99.99
2 Service payment - $57
3 Phone B - $99.99
4 Service payment - $57

They didn't even breakdown the insurance on the receipt. They include it with the monthly payment to confuse customers - very sneaky.

As I said in previous thread, it not only depends on state tax rules, but also store rules. BestBuy charged tax for discounted price when I purchased a phone end of last year. But Metro charged tax for full price. Same state.
