SD teaches me about all the various types of tools that exist. Fortunately (for my wallet), I'll never have a use for this.

Doesn't matter if you have a use.
This is SlickDeals.
You must obviously be becoming a tool deal addict like the rest of us. You just jump in and buy it .
Then you can buy another tool to help you use this tool.
And then your going to need a bigger battery.
See this is how it's done. Just give in and buy it. You will feel better ⚒️⛏️📐🧰🔩🔧🪚🪛🛠️🧑 🔧🗜️🧰👨 🔧👩 🔧💰💰💰💰💰

For the brief reading, it attaches to "Most" 18v/20v power drills. I can see myself using this maybe...um...I can't even think of a case! So, it's a pass for me.

Would this be useful for cutting vinyl siding?

Great vid linked to in earlier post.

Looks like bounced between $42 and $57ish over the past year...and roughly same over past few years, too, per CCC.

I noted that although it lists Dewalt(of course), Makita, Rigid, Mil, and other brands it doesn't seem to *explicitly* list Ryobi as being compatible, although it does say "most" and I don't see why it wouldn't be.

Tempting...

I do mostly 24 gauge metal roofing. This tool is legit. Not a bad price. I got mine for $50 3 years ago.

Useful? I mean it will cut it but slower than even a handsaw I would think. Any kind of circular saw, miter saw etc with a high tooth count blade or they even make vinyl and plastic blades. But any high tooth blade will work great.

I've looked at this accessory in the past. Each time i have seen it at around $45 already. This doesn't seem to be such a deal. Great tool but I would only bite below $30.
