Noone should be using this as a productivity monitor unless you are half blind but this should be a decent content and gaming monitor for moderately to low-lit rooms.

Haven't followed this product long, but definitely a recent low price.

32" 1080p? Jesus, and i thought my 27" 1080p monitor had low pixel density. No amount of anti-aliasing is going to get rid of the jaggedness picture quality of this monitor.

I can say this is true. Had a 27 1080 w noticeably pixels. Nevermind a 32 inch.

You are both missing the point which I made in the description: This is good for media and gaming for the price/specs. This is 100% not a productivity monitor. There are benefits to running monitors at their native resolution which is why many gaming monitors are still 1080.

This statement really makes no sense. Yes, of course you want to run your monitor at its native resolution; so in that case, buy a 1440p monitor.

Trust me, you don't want a 32" 1080p monitor. Even for media/games. I have a 32" 1440p and even that is borderline to me.

I apologize. I assumed the average reader would extrapolate that I also meant to run the content at 1080p. Even with today's hardware, 1080 @ 60fps is a mark not everyone can hit.

If your video card can't handle 1440p, I'd recommend a 27". A lot of people will advise against even a 27" at 1080p, can't imagine a 32.

Not trying to be a jerk and rain on your parade here, just trying to give prospective buyers a heads-up who may not be informed.

No problem. I think we are just on different pages. I completely get it. I use 3 4k monitors for my IT career work.

This monitor is not meant to read fonts on other than gaming menus. As a parent of kids that already had 32" HP IPS 1080 panels that only ran at 60 HZ, I can tell you that they are fine with that resolution for gaming and youtube and are glad to be getting the FPS bump and curve.

My 2 cents, I have a 27" 1080p ips from lg. It's great for gaming and pretty decent for normal use. Only reason why I got the 1080p is because I can push games to 144hz with a mid tier gpu, and it doesn't have to break the bank. I also bought a 32" 1080p lg monitor from Costco for my nephew. Now the pixel is very noticeable and it looked ugly. It must be the VA panel plus 32", I don't know but it is nothing compared to my 27" lg monitor. U less u put this 32" 2-3ft away from where you sit its not gonna look pretty even for gaming. Now to watch videos its not so bad. If I had a choice again I would not get 32" 1080p. Max is on a 27" monitor.

I am shortsighted. I run 24 inch 1080p with 150% upscale, otherwise I cannot read text without glasses. Do you think this monitor is right for me?
