I recently had to repair a water leak. I found the studs, removed the screws, and then cut the drywall right down the middle of the stud and removed a single undamaged piece. Once the water line repair was done, I put the drywall back up (it didn't have any water damage) and had only a small gap to tape and mud.

That being said if mine was cordless I probably would use it more often. This is a very temping price🤔.
