Good price on an item that every homeowner should have. I got one when becoming a first time homeowner many years ago and I still have it and use it constantly. This one has a painters shelf, which some of the cheaper ones don't.

I have this exact ladder… it's not very sturdy. Incredibly uneven and wobbly.
