It's an absolute mystery why it costs more $ to have someone bring me a thing instead of getting it myself.

I don't care for being shredded or lots of muscle. I'll settle for being somewhat toned and not chubby lol. Although I'm currently stuck being skinny fat since I mostly focused on diet and cardio doing home treadmill/ stationary bike. And having yet to go to a gym

im curious about this as well lol
I frequently use lighter weights when do long multiple sets. I find it hard to believe a 9 year old was doing a 20 minute arm workout, including arnolds, arm raises, rowing exercises.while using a 8 lb weight. Sure most people can lift an 8 lb weight, but I think most people are not working out to be giants. Personally I prefer long sets of light weights to build endurance.

What can you do with those? Train your individual fingers? Seriously. My 9 yr old son started with 8lbs as the lowest weight when he was 7.

Elderly. Obese. Cancer recovery. Many others. I have donated these to in-house orgs that work with them. I have a 51 year old cousin who is obese and semi autistic who now uses them after figuring out he needs to watch tv while doing these weight exercises. Even then, these "lighter" weights are too much at times.

Since I have a budget treadmill that has only one manual option for incline. Do you suggest using ankle/ wrist weights or even a weighted vest for extra resistance? Or I could just hold these dumbbell weights in hand but that may be a bit unsafe
Wrist/ankle weights and dumbells both slow your reaction time/agility if you trip.
Vest is safest option.

You are paying for gas and the worker to walk to your door.

costco online sucks , its consistently sells the same product for a few dollars more.
Actually, you've got it backwards. They sell same product in store for a few dollars less since you absorbed all the costs of going to get it.
