Product like this is NOT designed to LAST or to be USED without power. it's designed to kick in when power is lost (I own this one for 5+ years) to allow a safe shutdown of computers (to be able to save work) etc...

I once had it run my cable modem when I lost power (only that) for about 4 hrs while I was on a laptop...

As an anecdotal point of reference, one of these held up my networking equipment (cable modem, UI UDM Pro, POE switch and 3 APs) for about 40 minutes during last year's power outages in Texas. The same model held up a Mac Mini and 48" 4k display for long enough for me to power down other parts of my home lab gracefully and then power the Mac itself down (probably ~15 minutes as I shut down my NAS and Proxmox server and a bunch of NUCs). In total I have 6 of these on various machines and they did what the needed to, which was allow me to shut things down gracefully. During the next 5 days of rolling blackouts we used the power remaining in them to charge phones, tablets, and the kid's Switch. Between these things and Ryobi tool batteries we never ran out of power for our small electronics and I've been pleased with them overall.

I have been using a couple of these for about 3 years now. The top middle power button light will eventually start dimming and flickering and go out, but the unit will still work.

depending upon how want devices and their total wattage draw is what determines how long it will stay on. typically if you are drawing 1/2 of the maximum watts that the unit can handle is what is normally stated in the specs. so, if you just have a low wattage modem and router plugge into it then it might stay on for a couple of hours vs. if you have high end gaming system that is very high wattage (high end graphics card) then it might only stay on for a few minutes, just enough time to safely shut down by means of the software or manually.

never plug a laser printer or heater et. al. into a UPS else you are just asking for trouble... fire!

Pre-massive global inflation? Probably. But this is a solid price, even considering looking back a couple years.
Bought for $120 from NewEgg back in Sept. 2018, but it was the CyberPower GX1325U 1325 VA 810 Watts version.
Still going strong; last week it ran my cable modem, Airport Time-capsule router and Smartthings hub for 4+ hours.

Instead of Power panel personal edition Grab the business edition.

If they work, they are great, but customer service sucks. I had to ship them the bad one before they shipped me replacement...and they sent me two bad replacements before finally agreeing to send me a new one...only took 2 months!!

That's why you buy it from Costco. Don't need to deal with Cyber Power customer service.

Everything used to be a lot cheaper two years ago. Meat for example. Even bag of potato chips are smaller now. Employee salaries and wages.

I'm a little down on Cyberpower currently. My CP1285AVR just died a few weeks ago. As I do every few years for my four UPSes, I ordered some replacement batteries. Put em in and...nothing.

I spent a few days troubleshooting and blaming the new batteries before I realized it was toast.

I know the CP1286AVR was 10 years old. But I have 20 year old APCs that are still going strong. I dunno, really just soured me on the brand, as it's the first and only UPS that's ever died on me.

Simulated sinewave on the 1350 and cst135uc versus this one which is true sinewave.

Sine wave only comes into play when power is lost, otherwise it is in bypass mode you are getting regular power. For some older power supplies and gaming desktops pure sine wave is important. For rest not so much.
Is $99 at Costco also? I do not see on the website anymore

What about for a router and a modem, that type of stuff? Is Some wave better for that?

900w vs 810w so a little bit more time before shutdown. I use pure sinewave for better protection on our business server. Our office location always has power outages 3 or 4 times a year.

So wait this only stays on for two minutes after a power outage? Protects against flickers basically??
this is not designed to run your stuff for long power outages. just for intermittent power surges and to give you time to power everything down. if you are looking for a long power outage solution.

take a look at this hack: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Ur-D37-juo

in my case i use my ryobi battery 4ah per device, and on max usage i get : wifi modem 7+hours, modem 27+hours.

you can make [youtube.com]the connector or just buy it [amazon.com]. for my 5v modem i use a $4 DC/DC voltage regulator.
