Obviously, since it's Walmart clearance, it's in-store only, and EXTREMELY YMMV. I was at Walmart in New Haven today, and they had a few Cosco 8.5 Ft SmartClose Aluminum Telescoping Ladder with Tray Cap and Type 1A 300-Pound Capacity, 12 Ft Max Reach in the clearance section. I picked up two, there were still some left at 1:00 pm.

Thanks and reppps to OP for the share. I would definitely get one (or two) of these for that price. Great for storage and that occasional, once in a blue moon, emergency.

Attaching picture to show what to look for while in the store. They could be in clearance aisle or next to the paint section with other ladders.
