Lots of 1 and 2 star reviews based on the condition of the buds, packaging and missing accessories.

This along with the reports of ear infections mean a hard pass on "geek squad" refurbs.. I'd wait for a deal on Samsung site w/recycle device and educational discounts, or just get the Buds+

Lysol/new plastic thingies? Not that I would buy since I get them for this price or less on samsung bundles or price mistakes

I know everyone's ears are different, but I use these for about 6-7 hours a day at work. Very comfy, I sometimes where it even when not listening to music. It doesn't fit flush so the tap functions don't always work on the first try. The sound is good and the eq works well (a few presets) but I used an eq app to make it even better.

Had a pair I had that I lost the case and right bud to but had a protection plan and buy and swap these out for a new pair should go flawless yes??

Did you try the other included ear tips?

Typically, three sizes are included for even the most budget of sets.

Do other earbuds work for you or does this pain only develop with Samsung devices?
