Same price at Amazon includes shipping. Best Buy should match Amazon.

what's the 100 day thing? i'm still within 100 days.
Hisense guarantees 100 days. So normally amazon has 30 days return window, for Hisense TV you can click return if it's still within 100 days.

Great deal. I currently have the 55" version that I bought at Best Buy for the same price. I have till the 1st to return it lol. Picked the 65" up!
Same exact thing! Although I had until the 2nd to return my 55". Price matched at best buy, returned my 55", and picked up the 65" for no additional cost. Great deal!

I've had my 55" for a few months, has a phenomenal picture after calibration, great black levels, minimal blooming, local dimming is adequate. Black levels are impressive for an LED tv. Motion is not that great but normal for this price range.

Android is glitchy, disabling a bunch of unneeded apps improved stability significantly.

Has some red ghosting on RDR2, but all my other games on PS4 Pro and PS5 look great. Might be specific to RDR2.

Has annoying yellow LED when mic is disabled, but it goes off after a day or so. Weird.
Noir: did you use your own Calibration settings? Or did you use some Forum's settings?

I bought this TV on Amazon yesterday. Got it delivered and set up now. I find the image very washed out tinged with a lot more gray. In comparison, my 7-year-old Samsung LED TV seems to have sharper images. I'm wondering if the

a) the TV picture quality is bad?
b) Do I need to recalibrate?
c) Is it possible I got a lemon?

Can anyone else comment on the picture quality? Thank you so much.

Quit saying lies. Nano85 100% did not have 4 HDMI 2.1 ports. Only 2. Also the reviews on Rtings sucked butt. Almost an entire full point lower then this U7G tv. Also I can't seem to find anywhere the price was $599 for a 65 inch. Not saying it's not true but backup your source. Also this TV actually has HDR the Nano85 was a pile of poop HDR is almost twice as bright on the U7G.
+1
As you noted above, the NANO85 is 1 point lower on rtings.com, overall, than the U7G.

Mixed Usage Score:
7.1 for the NNANO85 (2021).
8.1 for the U7G

For movies (Std. and HDR), the difference is even bigger - 1.9 to 2 points:
Movies:
6.4 for the NANO85
8.3 for the U7G

HDR Movies:
6.2 for the NANO85
8.2 for the U7G

HDR Gaming:
7.4 for the NANO85.
8.3 for the U7G

'PC Monitor' is the ONLY rating category on rtings.com where the NANO85 has a better score 8.3 vs. 7.4 for the U7G

https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/hisense/u7g

I found the following U7G review helpful:

Answering my own question - this doesn't have as good black levels as the H9G. I'm blown away by the H9G's blacks so will wait for a deal on that again.
Watch the "Stop the FOMO" youtube channel review of the u7g vs. u8g (the spiritual successor to the h9g). Crushed blacks is the issue so u7g offers the best compromise. For gaming u7g is way better

Most reviews from Rtings to Digital Trends speak highly of the U7G. You might have got a lemon. Mine comes Saturday, I'll update when I receive mine.

It's likely you have a defective unit, but first, go to rtings and use their recommended settings. I do know that the set gets very bright, so it can appear washed out if the picture isn't adjusted.

Received ours with the free premium delivery.

So far so good, very happy!

1) My soundbar is not recognized (connected to the TV via the optical audio port)?
When I go to audio output, all the options are greyed out (except TV speaker - current setting).
Any ideas?

2) Does anyone know of a thread / site with the optimal / recommended values for the (advanced) video (and audio) settings for the Hisense series?
Out of the box it looks nice, but I am sure there may be some video changes recommended.

3) I believe there is a beta firmware for some issue (maybe VRR, forgot what I read a few days ago), but may hold off since I do not have a PS5 or Xbox Series S/X.

4) I have a Roku Ultra. Debating whether for Netflix / Plex TV etc. the TV is fine or the Ultra would perform better.
I will do some comparisons, but figured I would ask to get thoughts.
