Same price at Amazon includes shipping. Best Buy should match Amazon.

Got my TV Played some videos to check for dirty screen and also dead pixels. Everything is looking crisp 👌very pleased. It took me a minute to figure out why there was an audio delay for Xbox Series X with my soundbar. Had to change the Digital Audio Out to Pass Through that solved the delay.
Very very pleased for $599-5% on my prime visa. This should hold me over till QD-OLED get reasonably priced in 4-5 years.

In the directions, it says to take out the batteries, press any button for a couple seconds and put them back in. Apparently, it hits standby mode and doesn't come out. That's if you have good batteries (which w/ a new TV "should" be).

So far so good. Need to play with settings. Was flipping thru and Dr. Phil's eyes looks sooo odd. The other people on his show were fine. Maybe that's just 4K and he looks hideous?

Thanks for the reply. Tried everything but didn't, ordered a new one and new remote is working as expected.

I like how everyone acts like Hisense isn't a junk brand.
I like how people generalize and equate their opinions as facts.

Some Hisense and TCL kinda suck.

Compare a big name at these prices and they start looking better.

Check out these companies flagship offerings and you might reevaluate your opinions.

My TCL 8 series is great for what I spent.

Best buy really screwed me over. After CONFIRMING in chat that they would price match, they ended up declining the price match.

I received mine on Friday and had the delivery guys unbox it for me since I was at work. I don't think they knew how to unbox it because the box was mangled when i got home and the protective piece on the side of the front of the TV was all bent. There was also a ding on the side frame of the TV. I called Amazon and they are sending out another one for this Friday. I'm going to test them out side by side to see what one is the best looking and go from there. Hopefully it is the second one that doesn't have a ding on the side. As for the picture quality of the original one, the image looks really good except for the blooming that takes place around items on a plain black screen, like the red N for Netflix when you first start the application. I have watched all the calibration videos and tried out all the different settings for local dimming to try and fix this to no avail. Also, when I first turned on the TV, there was a light spot on the right middle of the screen that stayed on even when there was a fully black screen. As i have been watching it, it seems that spot has gone away. Maybe it just needed to be broken in. Also, the reviews on this say the viewing angles are terrible on this, but I do not see a huge degradation of picture quality sitting at an angle. I had a 55 inch B7 OLED in the family room before this, which is in the bedroom now, and this TV is brighter and feels crisper than the OLED, but the black levels obviously do not compare. All in all, the picture quality is amazing for the price. Hoping I win the Panel Lottery on the next one!

You probably are talking about the Uniformity. It won't be perfect on a black screen that the full array leds are lit. But play with the Local Dimming and set it to medium and high and low and see what looks best to you. Mine is not perfect with lit up black levels. But this is a $599 tv with HDMI 2.1 65 inch. You aren't going to get OLED like quality. But it's incredibly a good screen when anything other then pitch black is on it. Make sure to use Theater Night Mode and turn off all the motion crap and make sure FreeSync is Off completely even if you have an Xbox Series X. You still get VRR through HDMI Forum VRR and local dimming if FreeSync is Off.

I haven't noticed the Netflix Blooming but I'll check it out later. Bummer about the upack lol the guys where way to fast with mine but I basically sat there and watched them do it and helped them out.
So the only issue I see on mine is black levels aren't amazing if the screen is mostly all black or a lit up type black. You can see in a dark room some of the led behind the screen lit up. Mostly a giant 16:9 rectangle in the Middle of the screen. I can only tell that though when the screen goes mostly black. And the top and bottom black bars aren't amazing but I need to play more with the low medium and high local dimming section.
Is the black levels OLED quality heck no. But man anything not super black looks fantastic. HDR quality is outstanding and SDR especially cartoons like south park and Rick and Morty looks fantastic. Also my viewing angles are pretty good to my eyes. I think Rtings is very strickt on that. Like anything slightly degrading off an angle they dock it hard but to me it's fine and most angle escept way off to one side.

Nice, yeah, OLED black levels cant be beat. The picture looks amazing so far on this though. Also, going from a 55inch to a 65 inch is a major upgrade. Should have done that from the beginning. I signed up for a membership with QuantumTV on YouTube for $4.99 a month to get his calibrated specs and wow did it change Dolby Vision, HDR10plus and SDR Content. I am going to cancel the membership after i set up the next one I get on Friday, but it saves me a lot of time having to mess with the settings. He also has settings for the U8G which is similar to the U7G so it can probably be copied and tweaked for the U7G as well. Rtings settings were ok, but not as in depth as QuantumTV's.

Please share. I can't get it off.
Instead of going to the main setting menu. While watching content in Dolby vision hit the settings button on the remote. Mini menu pops up on the right side. You can turn it off.

Mine is due for delivery in 2 days, but amazon shows it's delayed. Support pointed me in the direction of their "last mile" partner, and I can't even reschedule or delay the delivery until the TV arrives in their warehouse.

So far, CX not fantastic.

Ordered another one because the first one was dinged from the delivery guys and the picture has a little blooming. I received the other one and it didn't even turn on! I called to let them know and they said they do not have anymore in stock and would issue a refund or I could get a discount on the first one to keep it. They said I have til the 4th to see if Amazon gets anymore in stock. If they do, they can send me another one for replacement. Pretty frustrating. I want to keep it because even with the blooming and the ding, it's still a pretty good TV. We will see.

Amazon has 65 inch U7Gs in stock now so if anyone needs a replacement, they can get you one. They couldn't replace mine, as I already had a replacement, but they were able to refund mine and give me a courtesy credit toward another one. There also is now a $100 digital gift card attached to the purchase so it worked out
