Best Sub 200 MB and better then alot of more expensive boards. I personally use this board every day.
If you want a phenomenal board get it.

I have this mobo. Works great. Using Ryzen 5900x. I've had no problems whatsoever. I only wish it had a bios reset button on the back, but that's usually only a feature on expensive boards.

The MSI software for Windows is not great, tbh. It's now MSI Center, but the previous software called Dragon Center was better imo.

I would definitely recommend this mobo if this is your price range 😁.

It's probably the best bang for your buck at this price.

I paid about this much over a year ago, though. Prices on pc parts have sucked.

Don't look at any other MSI x570, boards, though. Many of them had heating issues, and MSI released this one that fixed the issues.

It does have a flash button on the back, doesn't it reset the bios?

It's one of the best X570 out there, especially given the price point there's no competetion.
However it could be an overkill for you. Checkout the B550 sales of past, you maybe score something for $150ish

So I see lots of people updating this board, but on the box it says its "ryzen 5000 desktop ready". can i build this one without updating the bios?
