You have to go to their music center app and choose ldac. This will set ldac as the default for the applications you choose.

Went through three pairs with this exact issue. Would also experience a metallic spring-like noise whenever I clacked my teeth together…drove me nuts. Tempted to give these another chance as they really are great IEMs for music.

Ok I found my problem, my account was still registered in France and despite a shipping address in the US it was causing an issue. Fixed it by updating my address Smilie thanks for the deal!
