Fits a cookie sheet well. Don't oil the cookie sheet, use a sheet of parchment paper instead. Compost the parchment paper. Where has this been all my life?

Also makes a great 5th item for Subscribe and Save. It's like getting the parchment paper free while saving on the other four items (by increasing the savings from 5% to 15%, usually).

Excellent for cookies and biscuits, but if you like to do things like bacon or roasted broccoli (two of our faves) then it's better to buy the wide stuff and tear it manually — or prepare for a lot of cleanup!

There's definitely a place for both. Thanks OP!

I'm not sure what cookie sheet psource or ash78 are using, but these are either way to small, or way to big. So you either use to much, which is fine, cause it does cover the sheet, or you need to use multiple and overlap, which ends up being to much in the end.

This site has a quick list of "industry standard" sizes for baking sheet pans.

As you can see, the product in this post does not fit any of the standard pans listed.

I am a private chef with 30+ years experience...do yourself a favor, do not buy any pre cut and or sized foil, parchment, wax or any other form of baking paper.

Cheers,

Cheers,
This fits a standard half sheet, but with about 1/2" gap around the outside. So fine for anything that won't spill into the edges. Personally, most of my cooking is with parchment that covers the edges — not just overlapping, because the liquids will still find a way down.

Saves a ton of cleanup time. But for cookies, these are perfect.

Dead?

I don't see any coupons to clip.
