I bought the last time BuyDig did a sale on this Google Nest Hub Max in January. I feel taken advantage of by this business.
After paying for express shipping for a faster delivery, the item completely missed its delivery date before I left the state for 2 weeks. I messaged the company to find out where my item is, and get a refund on my express shipping since it missed its date and they obliged, and assured me it would soon ship.
Weeks later with no item having arrived despite the website displaying then (and today) that the item is fully in stock and ready for delivery within 1 business day , I contacted the seller again, whom could no longer address my order online, saying I must call the customer service number.
I called this morning, where the representative claims the order was cancelled and refunded, but I have received ZERO notice of this cancellation, and ZERO refund. The website continues to display that my order is "processing" and the website continues to display that the item I ordered is In Stock and Ships within 1 business day.
This company has stolen my money, and would essentially be getting away with it if I had not done my due diligence and been proactive in questioning the status of my order. After this, I have ZERO confidence in BuyDig, I feel like my money has been stolen from me, and will no longer do business with them.
I sent a complaint through PayPal this morning and they already immediately sided with me and issued a refund.

In correspondence they assured me it WOULD ship and NEVER did, and I never got a refund notification or a refund at all. PayPal gave me the refund.
Not OP, I ordered at midnight. That weekend they said they were out of stock but expected to ship in 7-10 business days. After a few days I complained and they took $15 off the order. That time passed. I contacted them again and they expected stock in "7-10" business days. I finally got my order after 1.5 months.
I've had very good experience in the past with BuyDig buying expensive electronics, but they didn't handle their stock well on the hub max. I'd see if target, bestbuy, or amazon has the sale in the morning before buying on buydig.
