Sure, but either way, your knuckles are going to be close to the ground. If you had a swivel (like the recent 3 nozzle Ryobi version came with) to go with a wand extension that most use, it would be a lot better.
Since no swivel connection unless you buy one and they appear to be the same size, I would just remove the nozzles, separate the tips and thread the tips back into the same hole.
Nevertheless, with four nozzles on the OP, you are going to need a decent pressure washer to clean dirty concrete.
.
There you go.... I did not realize they were that cheap. Good for a 'Helpful.'
It takes a decent power washer to run four tips on the OP, but if cleans the undercarriages a lot faster. I just used the Ryobi version with a swivel and three nozzles to wash the undercarriages and it was fast. I did add a telescopic extension used for cleaning siding, as I was getting soaked. With the extension, I can do the whole undercarriage from one side, or from back to front.
You'll also want an extension wand to reach the middle of your car. Something like this could even be used from the front or back instead of the side. https://www.amazon.com/Pressure-W...9846677881

About $30 for both
From a review
have a 3100psi 2.5gpm pressure washer, and this produces a nice mist, but no real bite to knock off dirt or grime...

Edit: Nvm. I see a reviewer with a Greenworks 1600 that claims it works great. In for 1.
Well your other option would be no salt and your car can end up slipping.
