I activated a new card to extend my service date, but they completely zeroed out my balance. They refuse to help. Now I have filed multiple complaints with BBB, FTC, FCC, FL attorney general office.
Tracfone did NOT resolve the issue, but decide to close my account. Then someone else is in the process of porting my phone # out without my consent. I contacted TracFone, and they don't care and continued the port out.

But deal is good if TRACFONE EBAY finally sends it to you with phone and loaded minutes. Read their recent feedback. Some had luck, some got screwed.
Checked on Tracfone/net10 and it shows inactive under my account. The auto enrollment was off for some reason. Stopped working as of 03/01/2022. Worked the day before, shut down around 10:30 pm for me.
Edit: took out and tried on my son's new Samsung and still not working.
These deals are pretty common on eBay from Tracfones own store. Older model cheap androids + a year of service for $40-70 depending on the phone. It's how I refill my iPhone as needed. Buy the cheap phone, activate with my current number, then immediately transfer same number back to the iPhone. Then I usually sell the still-new Tracfone on eBay and recoup at least half my money back.
It seems like that $30 deal for the Moto E plus one year of service, may no longer be available, as I haven't seen it be available lately. I'm curious if this Moto G Play phone is as good as, or better than, that Moto E phone that was available for $30? If so, is this a good value, at the $60 price point?
If anyone has any thoughts on this and would like to share some feedback, it would definitely be appreciated.
