Seems like the best deals are found early november.
If you have an old computer laying around you could setup UnRaid on it. Great thing about it is you can mix/match hard drive sizes.
Exos drives are priced well… $230 for 14Tb.
$15/gb should be doable. You may need to shuck, though.
