It's not available for sale as "new" anymore from Microsoft directly. When buying codes it's from "old" inventory which is still valid an can be redeemed. Whether or not this site is trusted reseller I can't advise, just saying that you can NOT buy the game "Forza 7" directly from Microsoft. There haven't been much news on when Forza 8 will be available so whether or not to wait is personal decision.

It's amazing how great FM7 still looks 5 years later compared to new releases like GT7.

Does it make sense to buy the Deluxe or Ultimate editions? Just recently got into sim-racing with a sim rig/wheel/pedals/etc setup. On Xbox Series X. Currently starting out on AC and ACC. FH5 is a cute arcade. Does it make sense to just get the Standard FM7 until FM8 comes out (likely this Fall), or are Deluxe or Ultimate editions really a must?

You must not be playing GT7, because unlike GTS, it's a grind like old-school GT games to unlock stuff. I do hope GT branches out like Forza and have GT Sport 2.0 because I thoroughly enjoy the online aspect and having access to all the (limited) cars/tracks available . Only disappointment is I feel GT7 compromised in gfx and maybe some weather/effects dept to make it backward compatible with PS4.

link to the HB sim racing deal? I already have GT7 w/ wheel setup and because I'm lazy, my gaming PC is not on the same rig (PS5+GT7 is on TM 300RS cockpit setup). My PC is my "xbox" (Alienware R12) so it's permanently attached to a 4k monitor and latest xbox controller only. Is FM7 enjoyable on controller? One thing I appreciate about Forza games and Xbox controller is that it's pretty satisfying unlike GT games I can't play on controller (yes, even GT7 w/ the latest controller w/ artificial variable trigger resistance).
