I was just inquiring about the order and the dude just cancelled it and saying it was due to technical reasons. Pathetic service
Damn dude, I hope they gave you back your vouchers! I agree though, the support is bad. I had reached out after I was getting the max order limit (3 orders in 24 hours, despite the fact that two of them were cancelled) and the person's response was to try via the phone instead of my computer. I was like...how is that going to make a difference? It's tied to my account. They insisted I try it, so I wasted time trying to order via my phone browser and then the app. And lo and behold, no difference. Then they suggested I wait 24 hours and it should be fine to order. Well no shit, the whole reason why I contacted them was to escalate or override that ordering issue. Useless.
By the way, still waiting on tracking for both the backpack and phone. Both should have shipped by now. I'm hoping they're just slow about this and that the orders don't fizzle out.
I'm curious if anyone has gotten their backpack shipped. Mine has order is under review since I placed the order 4 days ago.
Nothing moving at all for me. OnePlus is more like ZeroMinus. First they cancel almost all legit 8T orders. Then they send a voucher for a free back pack. Then they send a voucher to buy the discounted 8T again. Then they sit on their hands and do nothing for days with these orders. You can't make this stuff up.

I'm scared to even ask for help in chat since someone else mentioned having their order canceled.
So, a support manager called and mentioned that there is some communication gap between the teams and requested me to place the order again. He said he moved the status on my backpack as well. Hopefully the order will ship this time. Planning on porting the number to T-Mobile once I ge the phone for their connect plan
