Dang I remember playing this as a kid forever ago, and had no idea they re-released it! Is it pretty identical? I have my old set at my parents house somewhere.
Also I got this as a gift as a kid and there's no way it was over $100 back then! Tabletop gaming has really changed. Evolved, really, and for the better. (Except for my wallet)

I remember playing this as well and honestly have no idea what happened to my game.. Mom likely pitched it after I moved out or that darn Brother and his friends.

The doors and furniture are plastic now instead of cardboard but I think it is mostly the same.

Wow this game got expensive. I remember having it as a teenager my parents were super cheap there is no way it cost anywhere near this price.

That is because this is the remake but with higher quality parts and sold via Hasbro's version of "Kickstarter".

Capitalizing on the nostalgia of the game.

I have 2 sets of this game in my closet. One my cousin gave to me after years of playing it together when we were kids and one my brother found in his new apartment at the time years later. The 2nd set was newer, or someone took care of it very well anyway, and it had some nicely painted pieces inside. I used to love sitting around the table playing this with friends in my early teen years too.

Still have my copy laying around too. I have a couple expansions as well. Purple box and a red one. Man it has been ages, but I loved playing this when I was a kid.

Wow I remember this game, never thought they would release. The figurines and game pieces were very detailed. That is a high price range though.
